Join Baker Shop Industries LLC as a Quality Manager and take full ownership of compliance, auditing, and quality assurance functions in a busy, high‑integrity repair and production facility.
The Role
As Quality Manager you will report directly to the Site Manager and serve as the nominated post holder for key industry approvals. You will ensure robust compliance with quality standards (EN9100, EN9110, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001), maintain and develop management systems, lead internal and external audits, and manage the company\’s EASA Part 145 & Part 21G approvals.
You Will Also Be Responsible For
- Acting as liaison with certification and industry regulatory bodies
- Managing compliance monitoring systems, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Leading safety and risk management efforts, including internal occurrence investigations and safety training
- Supporting quality inspection activities and contributing to production improvement plans
What We’re Looking For
- Internal Auditor qualification in ISO9001 and preferably EN9100/EN9110
- Lead Auditor certification in one or more key standards
- Solid experience in a Quality Assurance Management role, ideally within an organisation holding EASA Part 145/21G approvals
- Proven track record implementing and maintaining integrated management systems
- Technical engineering background with an understanding of technical drawings and dimensional data
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and report‑writing ability
Desirable
- Knowledge of Safety Management Systems (training can be provided)
