They’re on the hunt for a QHSE Engineer to drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement across every project. In this hands‑on role you’ll provide support across production, project engineering and supplier/customer quality matters. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing First Article Inspection reports to BS EN 9102
  • Resolving non‑conformances
  • Producing 8D/NC reports
  • Contributing to HSE activities such as audits, COSHH assessments and Toolbox Talks

The ideal candidate will hold a qualification in Engineering or Quality, with experience supporting quality activity in electronics or electro‑mechanical manufacturing. You’ll bring at least three years experience in a technical or quality‑focused role, and a solid understanding of relevant standards including BS EN 9100, 9001, 14001 and 45001.

You should have experience in root‑cause analysis using 5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D and Pareto. We’re looking for someone who is methodical, self‑motivated and confident in managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. You should be a strong communicator, capable of building relationships across teams and sites, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
