Our client, a technology-led, multi-national engineering organisation, is seeking a Quality Manager to join its North Lanarkshire site. This senior, hands-on role is responsible for the organisation’s Quality Management System and is not a people-management position. The role requires close collaboration with Operations and HSE leadership to ensure quality systems remain compliant, effective, and adaptable as standards and business requirements evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, maintain and develop the site Quality Management System
- Lead internal and external audits and manage corrective actions
- Act as the quality interface with external bodies and stakeholders
- Ensure ongoing compliance as standards, approvals and processes change
- Drive continuous improvement across quality and compliance activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Quality or Senior Quality Engineer role
- Experience managing and developing quality systems in regulated environments
- Electronics or electromechanical engineering background
- Formal internal or lead auditor training
- Broad quality exposure (not limited to production or supply chain only)
