Our client, a technology-led, multi-national engineering organisation, is seeking a Quality Manager to join its North Lanarkshire site. This senior, hands-on role is responsible for the organisation’s Quality Management System and is not a people-management position. The role requires close collaboration with Operations and HSE leadership to ensure quality systems remain compliant, effective, and adaptable as standards and business requirements evolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, maintain and develop the site Quality Management System
  • Lead internal and external audits and manage corrective actions
  • Act as the quality interface with external bodies and stakeholders
  • Ensure ongoing compliance as standards, approvals and processes change
  • Drive continuous improvement across quality and compliance activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Quality or Senior Quality Engineer role
  • Experience managing and developing quality systems in regulated environments
  • Electronics or electromechanical engineering background
  • Formal internal or lead auditor training
  • Broad quality exposure (not limited to production or supply chain only)
