Baker Recruitment Group are pleased to be working alongside our client based in LS10. Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit a Team Leader to join this busy operation.

Shift: 4 on 4 off 6.00pm - 06.00am

Pay rate: £15.43ph

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking responsibility for the shift and managing the warehouse operation in the absence of the Shift Manager while being an active hands-on member of the team.
  • Meeting KPIs regarding cost, dock waste and delivery.
  • Communicating effectively with the Transport Operations Team to ensure all vehicles leave on time.
  • Ensuring all administrative tasks for the warehouse operation are completed where appropriate.
  • Ensuring orders are picked accurately.
  • Ensuring goods-in are receipted in accordance with policy.
  • Checking and completing all loads in full prior to despatch.
  • Ensuring all loads are secure prior to despatch.
  • Maintaining stock rotation at all times.
  • Manually loading and unloading trailers.
  • Confirming all inbound and outbound loads are accurate.
  • Reporting any discrepancies to the Warehouse Shift Manager.
  • Assisting with stock cycle count.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Working efficiently to agreed timescales.
  • Supporting the team's performance targets and standards.
