The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
To lead, support and develop warehouse colleagues to achieve safe, efficient and accurate shift operations. Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement across all warehouse processes. Monitor and review individual performance, providing feedback, coaching and formal support where required. Lead improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency and customer experience. Conduct investigations, disciplinary meetings and performance-related discussions professionally and in line with policy. Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards and ensure safe working practices across all areas.
People Responsibility: Supervision of a direct warehouse team (size dependent on shift structure).
Performance Responsibility: Delivering operational KPIs including productivity, accuracy, quality and safety. Operates within defined operational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced FMCG or warehouse environment.
- RTITB-accredited licences (FLT, PPT, etc.).
- Supervisory experience within a warehouse or distribution operation.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Exposure to transport operations.
- NVQ Level 3 in Management or equivalent.
