To work closely with the Senior Systems Administrator to ensure the time and attendance system is up to date at all times in order to ensure employees are paid correctly. Be the main contact for employees for queries with regards to hours and pay. Liaise with Senior Stakeholders in relation to employees’ hours and expenses. Check time sheets on a daily/weekly basis. Calculate adhoc & check expenses on a 4 weekly basis. Investigate & escalate anomolies. Support Managers with KPI deadlines. Flexible to support other departments with administrative duties. Data input to internal systems to keep records current & follow company processes with any capability criteria. Produce weekly/monthly reports to deadlines
