Baker Recruitment Group are recruiting a Team Leader for a busy warehouse operation in Leeds (LS10). The role runs 4 on, 4 off, 6.00pm–6.00am with a pay rate of £15.43 per hour.
You will lead the shift, ensure on-time departures, and drive safety, accuracy, and performance across the warehouse team.
Responsibilities include supervising activities, achieving KPIs for cost, waste and delivery, coordinating with Transport Ops, and ensuring correct stock control, despatch, and paperwork.
