Night Shift Shunter / Loader (Class 1) Immediate Starts Available

Location: LS10

Salary: £32,000 - £33,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday

Hours: 12-hour night shifts

We're currently recruiting for a Night Shift Shunter / Loader to join our team in LS10. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking for a permanent night shift role with an immediate start.

The Role

  • Shunting trailers safely around the yard.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles as required.
  • Ensuring trailers are positioned correctly for loading and dispatch.
  • Carrying out vehicle and trailer checks.
  • Working closely with the warehouse and transport teams to maintain an efficient operation.
  • Following all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence essential.
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Previous shunting and/or loading experience is desirable.
  • Good awareness of health and safety.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
