Our client is looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support their office and warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are processed accurately and dispatched efficiently, while also handling day-to-day communication.
Shifts: 08:00-16:30 OR 09:00-17:30
Starting Salary: £12.21
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generating receipts and picking documents for the warehouse.
- Creating despatch paperwork and booking orders with third-party carriers.
- Printing and preparing labels for warehouse use.
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Managing emails.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an office administration or logistics environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using computer systems and printers.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
