A well-established and highly respected manufacturer and installer within the construction products sector is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive the next phase of commercial growth. Backed by significant investment and operating within a growing UK manufacturing group, the business has exciting expansion plans and is looking for a commercially driven sales professional who can identify opportunities, win profitable contracts and build long-term customer relationships. This is a newly created role offering genuine scope to shape the position and develop into a future sales leadership opportunity.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of new business development across commercial contracts, trade accounts and residential sales channels, with a primary focus on securing profitable commercial projects. You will be responsible for developing relationships with contractors, developers, housing providers, specifiers and trade customers while working closely with internal estimating and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully from enquiry through to completion.
