The Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will leverage their existing network and market knowledge to grow sales and expand the company's presence across NHS Trusts, hospitals, care groups, and other healthcare providers. This is a consultative sales role requiring a proven ability to manage long sales cycles, engage with key decision-makers, and successfully navigate healthcare procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within NHS Trusts, hospitals, care homes, and private healthcare providers.
  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships.
