We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Junior Production Artworker to join our Production Artwork team. The ideal candidate will support the production of high-quality artwork for our screen print and digital print departments, ensuring all work is produced to the required production specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in print production within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Shifts Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and finalise artwork files for print and digital output
- Ensure artwork is accurate, consistent, and in line with production specifications.
- Work closely with all stakeholders to support/meet production deadlines.
- Assist with versioning and amending artwork based on production feedback.
- Maintain organised file structures and asset libraries.
- Conduct basic image retouching, resizing, and optimisation.
- Perform quality control checks on all artwork before passing to production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Basic understanding of print processes and digital formats.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
