The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 Β£ per year.
The role and responsibility of the Estimator is to create quotations from Engineers Jobsheets using our CRM ensuring that all the correct details have been obtained, and that prices for the equipment have been sourced from our suppliers. Another element of this role would be as a Project Support Administrator to assist with the management of documentation required for larger projects which are being undertaken. This would also entail the updating of drawing information on the clients portals.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with Engineering Manager / Technical Team in the preparation of proposals following engineers visits / maintenance inspection visits.
- Project file documentation.
- Following approval of our proposal, order the equipment from the relevant supplier and update the portal with all the details.
- Chasing Suppliers for updated drawings following the revision by clients.
- Ensuring that drawings have the correct information - Drawing no / Location / Rev No.
- Monitoring customer portals (A Site / View Point for Projects) ensuring we are actioning client's requests.
- Answering emails and phone queries from clients and dealing with them appropriately.
- Regular Update meetings with the Technical Team to ensure the timely completion of all projects.
- Ensuring all project drawings are updated and commissioning documents are completed and returned to the Secure Systems team.
- Preparation of O&M / H&S Manuals following the successful completion of a project.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Able to work on different client portals for drawing registry.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft disciplines.
