With a strong reputation for service excellence, we work with leading commercial and industrial clients, providing safe and efficient access solutions. Due to continued growth, we’re looking to expand our engineering team with a skilled and motivated Automatic Door Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, repair and maintain automatic doors systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet the highest standards.
- Fault finding and diagnostics on-site.
- Carry out routine maintenance in line with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with BS EN16005 and other relevant standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with automatic door systems.
- Knowledge of leading brands such as Dormakaba, Record, GEZE, Tormax, etc.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Electrical qualifications (e.g. 17th/18th Edition).
- CSCS or equivalent site safety certifications.
- Experience with access control or door entry systems.
