Were looking for a Technical Writer to join our team in Peterborough.

Job purpose:

Create and maintain user manuals, technical guides, and digital content to support our products and systems. Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure accuracy and clarity, and find new ways to communicate technical information.

The job (key responsabilities)::

• Write, edit, and update documentation for external users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical accuracy
• Develop visual aids like detailed plans and videos
• Follow style guides to ensure consistency
• Research product features and technology updates

Candidate profile::

• Degree or experience in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Knowledge of tools like FrameMaker or InDesign beneficial
• Organized, proactive, and team player
• Motivated with an eye for innovation and continuous learning
