The Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator will deliver a full spectrum of Graduate Recruitment and Development.

  • Book rooms, coordinate interviewer and assessor availability, and distribute interview paperwork.
  • Ensure that correspondence with candidates is timely.
  • Ensure that all interview information is tracked and recorded.
  • Work with and produce a regular report for the GRO and GR Partner on interview, offer, and acceptance statistics.
  • Manage the training contract offer process, including drafting offer paperwork, uploading candidate information to the onboarding platform, maintaining all relevant trackers, drafting training contracts, and terms and conditions of employment for future Trainee Solicitors.
  • Screen training contract, vacation scheme, and open day applications in conjunction with the Graduate Recruitment.

Strong organizational skills and able to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced, matrix professional services environment. Able to plan, schedule, and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives. Strong client service and delivery mind-set. Able to work collaboratively and build effective networks across all levels of the business.
