This role is a graduate level opportunity for an innovative, curious thinker ready to gain experience in a forward‑thinking, passionate team. The Innovation Coordinator will support the Practice Innovation team in developing solutions that address client challenges and strategic goals by bringing together people, processes, data, and technology. The role-holder will assist with the operational delivery of strategic priority projects led by the globally diverse Practice Innovation team, a group of strategic and empathetic thinkers committed to enhancing the client experience through creative problem‑solving.
Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to, and support, a broad range of innovation-related projects
- Collaborate with team members from diverse legal and business professional backgrounds
- Track and report on project-related data
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and interpret findings to tell a clear story
- Gain hands‑on experience working with the latest technology for legal use cases
Skills and experience:
- Some experience in innovation within a professional services environment is desirable
