Baker Labels has a Print Technician Apprenticeship available
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our busy production team at our facility in Brentwood, Essex. This is a great chance to gain experience in the print industry. You can progress your career with the added benefit of being able to earn while you learn in a fun, dynamic and rewarding environment.
In this role the apprentice will learn all aspects of the print production processes within the digital department at Baker Labels.
We will provide the apprentice with a hands on approach to foundation manufacturing training where they will learn:
- Production roles and responsibilities
- Manufacturing operations
- Quality control
- Problem solving
- Communication in a manufacturing environment
- Work place organisation
- Health & Safety regulations
- Compliance procedures

Apprenticeship Level Expected to Achieve
- Advanced Level Apprenticeship Level 2 or 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- City and Guilds Print Technician Level 2 or 3 Qualification
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 5 or above) essential
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 5 or above) essential
- Hands on training and mentorship
- Potential for full time position upon completion
