Baker Labels has a Print Technician Apprenticeship available. We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our busy production team at our facility in Brentwood, Essex. This is a great chance to gain experience in the print industry. In this role, the apprentice will learn all aspects of the print production processes within the digital department at Baker Labels. We will provide the apprentice with a hands-on approach to foundation manufacturing training where they will learn:

  • Manufacturing operations

  • Problem solving
  • Communication in a manufacturing environment
  • Workplace organisation
  • Health & Safety regulations
  • Compliance procedures

Apprenticeship Level Expected to Achieve:

  • Advanced Level Apprenticeship Level 2 or 3
  • Apprenticeship Standard City and Guilds Print Technician Level 2 or 3 Qualification
  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 5 or above) essential
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 5 or above) essential

Hands-on training and mentorship with potential for a full-time position upon completion in a supportive and dynamic work environment.
