As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will work with purchasing to ensure that the right material can be received in the right time to support on-time fulfillment.
Responsibilities- Managing the production schedule based on available capacity and order requirements
- Working with production to drive the output on time, while leveling production to support productivity improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for order expediting, material pull-in, rescheduling, and reallocation
- Monitoring material input to ensure inventory levels are at the proper level; coordinating with the purchasing team to balance material supply and inventory replenishment
- Working on SMI prevention and reduction; regularly reviewing and taking actions to improve inventory turnover
- Initiating activities for process continuous improvement
- Experience in a manufacturing site, with related material and production planning background
- Good Oracle knowledge
- Good skills with OA software, especially Excel and Access
- Good communication skills
- Good English skills in both oral and written form
