We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products. Operational Excellence Lean Sensei
This role serves as a catalyst for cultural transformation, capability building, and sustainable performance improvement. The Lean Sensei partners with business leaders to identify opportunities, lead strategic Kaizen events, and mentor teams in the deployment of Lean tools and behaviors. His/her primary focus will be on the IET Italian based businesses and plant.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders on Lean thinking and enterprise transformation.
- Design and facilitate high-impact Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and problem-solving workshops.
- Assess organizational maturity and readiness for Lean transformation; develop tailored roadmaps.
- Build internal capabilities by mentoring Lean leaders, facilitators, and change agents.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through structured coaching, training, and hands‑on support.
- Lead diagnostics and benchmarking to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure alignment of Lean initiatives with strategic business objectives and KPIs.
- Share best practices across business units and contribute to the evolution of the Lean operating system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- Major experience in Lean transformation, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent; Shingijutsu or Toyota Production System experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-level Lean initiatives with measurable results.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and change management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support global operations.
