About The Team

The Flexible Pipe Systems business supplies specialist unbonded flexible subsea flowline and riser systems globally. Innovating within the energy industry, we develop solutions to increase subsea pipeline performance and qualification. We have in-depth experience in testing and engineering of pipe systems, enabling reliable and efficient subsea and offshore field advanced product development.

Within our team, you will have an overview of all the functions and client interfaces. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring every activity is meticulously planned to deliver to our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with contributors, stakeholders, and customers to ensure quality and accuracy of team schedule commitments.
  • Mitigate risks by proactively communicating to ensure timely completion of activities and deliverables.
  • Create, monitor, and manage complex project plans, identify risks and opportunities, and take appropriate actions.
  • Serve as the main focal point for providing status & progress reports, critical path analyses, and planning metrics.
  • Assist technology team leaders in tracking KPIs and performance, and work together to improve processes and capabilities.
  • Implement early warning systems to identify potential schedule issues and propose solutions to reduce on-time delivery risks.
  • Develop demand and capacity views for current and future programmes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6) and planning theory.
  • Experience working in a dynamic technology or engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of Project Management principles for delivering quality schedules.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey analysis and insights effectively.
