Join our Team: A multi-functional role, driving engineering and operational activities through strong collaboration with commercial, management, and technical teams. With a broad understanding of engineering and manufacturing practices, you will contribute to service delivery through a holistic model locally, regionally, and globally.
As a Lead Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational and technical needs.
- Acting as the focal point for assigned regions or projects and leading regular reviews.
- Resolving operational and technical issues using applied engineering expertise.
- Coordinating activities with business unit and engineering teams to support execution.
- Communicating metrics, project status, and operational updates to internal teams.
- Preparing cost and technical proposals by interfacing with engineering and commercial teams.
- Supporting customer or offshore sites as a technical lead when required.
