Overview
In this role you lead planning for a large subsea project, ensuring high-quality scheduling and on-time delivery. You work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to maintain an accurate, integrated plan that reflects scope and risks. You’ll support the project manager with visibility on lookaheads, risks, and schedule opportunities, while communicating with customers and driving improvements in planning processes. Responsibilities
- Own the overall project schedule quality, accuracy, and update reflecting scope
- Collaborate with product line planners, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure schedule integrity
- Support project management with lookaheads, risk mitigation, and schedule opportunities
- Provide relevant reports to enable on-time and on-budget execution
- Interact with customers to share schedule updates and discuss challenges and opportunities
- Adhere to approved processes and drive initiatives for fully integrated planning
Key requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree or relevant experience
- Experience in planning within oil & gas/subsea or large-scale mechanical manufacturing/controls environment
- Primavera P6 expertise
- Knowledge of linking schedule status to execution realities
- Ability to identify risks/opportunities and drive actions
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Oracle MRP knowledge is a plus
