Responsibilities
- Scheduling Management: Oversee the overall project schedule, ensuring its quality, clarity, and accuracy.
- Coordinating: Collaborate with product line and engineering planners and execution functions (engineering, procurement, manufacturing) to maintain schedule quality and accuracy.
- Supporting Project Management: Provide visibility through lookaheads for future activities, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend mitigation actions.
- Reporting: Deliver relevant reports to project management to support decision‑making for on‑time and on‑budget execution.
- Customer Interaction: Update customers on schedule status, challenges, and opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Adhere to approved processes and proactively drive initiatives that lead to fully integrated planning.
Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor or Master’s in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven years in planning, ideally within the oil & gas/subsea industry or large‑scale mechanical manufacturing or controls equipment environment.
- Technical: Knowledge of Oracle MRP is considered a plus.
- Analytical: Ability to understand project status, link schedule to execution reality, and quickly assess risks and opportunities.
- Tool Proficiency: Strong expertise in planning large projects using Primavera P6.
- Energy and Motivation: High drive to deliver and make a difference.
- Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with planners and interact with a broad stakeholder panel.
