As BH Aero Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Understanding the technical characteristics behind the selected modules in terms of parts and repair procedures.
- Verifying the TAT repair root causes analysis by selected modules.
- Understanding drivers and implications on the overall GTS Aero strategy working closely with the governance team.
- Supporting in identifying different supply chain sources to ensure flexibility and dependencies reduction.
- Lay out clear TAT reduction strategy leveraging x-matrix approach and report KPIs by selected modules.
- Driving the TAT reduction execution as per plan and avoid bottlenecks through early defects identification and escalation.
- Interfacing with functional experts across the organization(s) to lead and coordinate specific actions of the plan.
- Reporting results to GTS leadership forum.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate collaboration and drive results.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's mechanical degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Service).
- Aeroderivative technology knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
