Join our Flexible Pipe Systems team The Flexible Pipe Systems business supplies specialist unbonded flexible subsea flowline and riser systems globally. We devise smarter systems to control and monitor oil and gas extraction. Innovating in the energy industry, we connect subsea and surface with industry leading technology. Partner with the best The Lean Leader will be responsible for leading the lean manufacturing strategy at a complex vertically integrated plant. This role will be accountable for planning and directing all aspects of the unit\’s lean manufacturing and supply chain excellence strategies. As a Lean Leader, you will be responsible for: Developing operational plans for manufacturing and improvement activities. Suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures to ensure reliability, consistency, and increased throughput on the production line. Exchanging data and information, addressing concerns, and implementing improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Standardizing manufacturing processes and defining guidelines for choosing the right actions. Managing standardized manufacturing processes to define guidelines for decision-making. Coordinating and leading sessions/workouts with diverse teams and responsibilities. Fuel your passion To succeed in this role, you should have: A Bachelor\’s degree in STEM or business discipline, or equivalent experience. At least a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Proven experience in manufacturing operations. Excellent communication and presentation skills for all levels, including leadership reporting and training. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. The ability to influence others and lead small teams. The capability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
