Partner with the best. As a Procurement Specialist you will manage the buying process for a given set of goods, applying sourcing policy and serving as the interface between suppliers and the entity with respect to specifications and budgets.

Responsibilities
- Managing PO, from RFQ (request for quote), negotiation, PO placement, maintenance and follow‑up/fulfillment. Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution, problems and schedule changes. Update ERP.
- Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Contributing to projects as a team member or leading small projects. Work goals typically take 3‑6 months to complete, with results/impact typically occurring 2‑12 months after the event.
Qualifications
- Have considerable experience within sourcing, procurement and supply chain. Preferably within a Manufacturing or Engineering business.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as established interpersonal and leadership skills.
