As an Engineering Operations Lead Analyst, you will lead, analyze, and execute engineering operations activities across multiple product lines and regions, with a specific focus on supporting Services Flow, IWOCS, and Brownfield Controls teams.
You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Planning, Finance, and Digital teams to support demand planning, resource management, operational performance, and strategic business initiatives.
- As an Engineering Operations Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Driving engineering adherence to On-Time Delivery (OTD) through regular reviews, stakeholder engagement, and detailed team collaboration.
- Leading global demand versus capacity planning activities, including resource analysis, headcount tracking, identification of gaps, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
- Tracking Services Engineering costs, utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency metrics.
- Maintaining and optimizing productivity KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Supporting digital leaders with simplification, automation, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Building strong cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Planning, Finance, Engineering leaders, and regional teams to identify challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Contributing data analytics and business insights aligned with key planning and reporting cycles, including MRP, LRP, AP, QMI, and S&OP.

- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have experience using enterprise and digital tools such as SAP, Oracle, Real Track, Primavera, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, synthesize information, establish facts, and develop effective solutions.
- Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Show a commitment to operational excellence, process improvement, and continuous learning.
