Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.

The Deputy Project Director is responsible for ensuring all aspects of contract and customer commitment are realised throughout project execution, including On Time Delivery, Quality, HSE, Cost Control, and Risk Management as defined by the Customer’s Order or Contract, fulfilling both Customer and Business objectives.

As the Deputy Project Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and leading the Project Team reporting to the Project Director
  • Working with key business functions (HSE, quality, engineering, supply chain, procurement) to deliver the project
  • Establishing and communicating project goals and ensuring that these are fully understood and met throughout the project and within your own organisation
  • Establishing and maintaining clear lines of communication within the Customer and Project Organisation
  • Monitoring the project's performance in a systematic way and ensuring that performance is communicated to the customer and SPS Project Director
  • Taking operational ownership for product delivery and execution through the global supply chain

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have demonstrable experience in Project Management with execution of Projects within Oil & Gas or Subsea businesses
  • Possess a Project Management certification/ Degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience
  • Have a proven track record in driving and delivering large Subsea System Projects
  • Be able to lead a multifunctional global team in a matrix organisation
