Baker Hughes is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Planning & Analysis Manager who will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting of SG&A costs for the IET organization—managing a cost pool exceeding $1B annually. This role provides critical financial insights for Baker Hughes leadership, IET leadership as well as business units, and contributes to the development of mid- to long-term strategies. The leader will drive operational excellence across forecasting cycles, performance analysis, and cost optimization, while partnering with senior functional leadership across the organization. You will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery to customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full financial cycle including long range plan, annual budget and quarterly forecasts at each level of the IET organization.
- Own SG&A cost consolidation, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication to senior leadership.
- Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization.
- Analyze cost trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective and improvement actions to enhance profitability and cash performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior functional and operational leaders, enabling informed decision-making.
- Lead and develop a team of FP&A professionals, including coordination across dotted-line and non-direct reports. Strengthen team capability by promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5-7 additional years of experience in FP&A Operations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and operate effectively in a matrix environment.
