We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead project execution with a strong focus on project management within subsea oil & gas projects, particularly Production Control Systems (PCS). This role ensures seamless integration of project scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery.

As a Product Delivery Manager - PCS, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Developing and implementing project strategies aligned with production control system project requirements.
  • Managing delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systems.
  • Overseeing project planning, execution, and performance management.
  • Ensuring alignment between project scopes and overall system delivery plans.
  • Driving governance through KPIs and performance reviews.
  • Managing contract administration, including variations and claims.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams for technical compliance.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to system integration and projects.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven end-to-end Project Management experience, from project initiation through execution and delivery.
  • Experience within the Subsea, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Production Control Systems (PCS) is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of subsea system integration and associated engineering processes.
  • Familiarity with offshore Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and best practices.
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols and control system architectures.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
  • Experience working within global or multinational organizations.
