We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead project execution with a strong focus on project management within subsea oil & gas projects, particularly Production Control Systems (PCS). This role ensures seamless integration of project scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery.
As a Product Delivery Manager - PCS, you will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule, and quality.
- Developing and implementing project strategies aligned with production control system project requirements.
- Managing delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systems.
- Overseeing project planning, execution, and performance management.
- Ensuring alignment between project scopes and overall system delivery plans.
- Driving governance through KPIs and performance reviews.
- Managing contract administration, including variations and claims.
- Collaborating with engineering teams for technical compliance.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations.
- Identifying and mitigating risks related to system integration and projects.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven end-to-end Project Management experience, from project initiation through execution and delivery.
- Experience within the Subsea, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Production Control Systems (PCS) is highly preferred.
- Understanding of subsea system integration and associated engineering processes.
- Familiarity with offshore Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and best practices.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
- Knowledge of communication protocols and control system architectures.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
- Experience working within global or multinational organizations.
