Responsible for safe, efficient and quality mobilization of assets to customers' locations. Leading a mobilization and certification team to plan and organize resources to ensure on-time delivery of equipment and consumables presented within the mobilization list. This is an office-based role with site and client interaction as required. Travel between bases may be required from time to time.
As a Mobilization Leader, you will be:
- Responsible for compliance to the mobilization/demobilization process flow
- Responsible for compliance to the PPS P&M AMO Procedure
- Long, mid and short-range planning of equipment resources
- Maintain strong working relationship with Supply Chain and Logistics
- Ensure Maximo planning is updated to track outwards equipment
- Ensure Equipment is all returned, accounted for and logged in
- Maintain Consumable register (Example Hose, cross overs, fittings)
- Responsible for the prompt off hire of rental items
- Support UK AMO & Equipment Planning Leader in the development of annual consumable budgets
- Responsible for having segregation of duties adhered to
- Responsible for the efficient control of perishable consumables (Ln2)
- Responsible person for the Instrumentation vendor
- Attend Operational Huddles and weekly meetings
- Provide point to point support to Offshore supervision during mobilization, execution and demobilization
