As a Service Delivery Coordinator for our Wellbore Intervention organization in the UK, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating service delivery across various operations, including fishing, whipstocks, slot recovery, and plug and abandonment growth. Your role will involve ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, managing resources, and liaising with stakeholders to meet operational goals. You will also be tasked with monitoring performance metrics, facilitating communication between teams, and implementing best practices to enhance service delivery. Strong organizational skills and a background in oil and gas operations will be essential for success in this position.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator – Wellbore Intervention, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out.
  • Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
  • Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
  • Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in managing the Job Cycle across organizational boundaries.
  • Coordinating and supervising activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration, and technical support.
  • Managing multiple or single products/services.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or relevant experience.
  • Have significant experience working in Fishing and Plug & Abandonment.
  • Have demonstrated relevant experience in service delivery or coordination in Wellbore Intervention (Fishing, Wellbore Clean Up, Subsea Plug & Abandonment) Operations.
  • Have previous offshore experience in wellbore intervention projects.
  • Have good understanding on tool mechanics, hydraulics, tubemove & torque & drag.
  • Have experience in resource allocation and management.
  • Be creative and have a problem-solving attitude.
