As a Project Coordinator, you will system‑load, drive, and coordinate Services project deliverables in line with defined requirements. You will support the contractual and financial delivery of projects and act as a key interface across the business and, when required, with customers and management. You will support the Project Manager in delivering successful outcomes for both the business and the customer.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing requirements across functions to plan, monitor, and execute project activities effectively.
- Taking ownership of all coordination activities within project execution to ensure products and services meet business and customer requirements.
- Ensuring clarity and alignment on all required scope and deliverables.
- Ensuring compliance with competency, training, and capacity requirements to meet business and customer needs.
- Supporting the Project Manager in monitoring KPIs to analyze performance and support improvement actions and plans.
- Following and implementing all accounting, regulatory, and business‑required activities.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional and global teams to align deliverables and share lessons learned.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have proven experience in project execution, ideally in a site‑based role.
- Bring Oracle or ERP system knowledge.
- Demonstrate experience collaborating with and motivating teams in an operational and matrix environment.
- Show strong problem‑solving, process‑improvement, and analytical skills.
- Communicate professionally and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Possess excellent written, reporting, and presentation skills.
