Responsibilities
- Creating, monitoring & managing complex project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction & installation of topside & subsea field equipment during tender & execution of both technology development & customer execution projects.
- Collaborating with project teams, stakeholders and customers to ensure quality and accuracy of project schedules from tender through to execution.
- Preparing and performing quantitative schedule risk analysis.
- Recognising opportunities and risks and working with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigations that will ensure project delivery, on time and on budget.
- Preparing and presenting schedule reviews and providing schedule status updates and ensuring that key messages are communicated and understood at all levels of the business.
- Reviewing planning and project administration specifications and working collaboratively with partners to ensure flawless execution of planning processes.
- Contributing as a team member or leading small projects. Work goals will typically take 1-3 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 6-18 months after the event.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Subsea Oil & Gas Projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Planning.
- Experienced Primavera P6 User.
- Experience in Oracle PRA or OPC Risk tools.
- Experience in customer facing positions, contract review & negotiation.
- Capable user of Microsoft Power BI and / or Power Apps.
- Capable user of Cleopatra, Active Risk Manager & Xaitporter.
