Our Subsea & Surface Pressure Systems business delivers integrated technologies for some of the most complex subsea developments globally. From subsea trees to manifolds, we design and manufacture critical equipment that ensures reliability, safety, and performance across the life of field.
As a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer - Tree Systems, you will be accountable for the engineering design and standardisation of subsea products used across subsea tree systems. You will have the leadership and communication skills to execute large complex projects, manage the team's deliverables, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, lead design verification and validation activities, and establish robust product standards that enable consistent application across projects and new product introductions.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Design and develop subsea tree systems, including specifications, interfaces, design reviews, datasheets, procedures, and DVPs.
- Manage engineering deliverables, allocating work packs across the team to customer requirements and scheduling dates using Primavera planning tools.
- Establish and maintain product line standards to support consistent application across projects and new product introductions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions that enhance product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing and operational issues, working closely with on-site manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Own technical solutions to reduce repeat non-conformances and ensure timely closure of manufacturing technical queries.
- Manage multiple engineering activities and projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Mentor and guide junior and remote engineers, supporting capability development and consistent technical excellence across the team.
