Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial planning, analysis and reporting of SG&A costs for the IET organization—managing a cost pool exceeding $1B annually.
  • Lead the full financial cycle including long range plan, annual budget and quarterly forecasts at each level of the IET organization.
  • Own SG&A cost consolidation, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication to senior leadership.
  • Define KPIs to measure performance in all areas of the organization.
  • Analyze cost trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective and improvement actions to enhance profitability and cash performance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior functional and operational leaders, enabling informed decision‑making.
  • Lead and develop a team of FP&A professionals, including coordination across dotted‑line and non‑direct reports.
  • Strengthen team capability by promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5-7 additional years of experience in FP&A Operations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and operate effectively in a matrix environment.
