The Project Controls Coordinator will provide Project Controls support to the Project Management team. As a Project Controls Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Project Management operationally. Examples include:
- Invoice and Cash monitoring
- Supporting customer scope / internal change, cost identification/ Impact estimation
- Warranty and Bank Guarantee Monitoring
- Supporting Risk Management & Lessons Learned process
- Commercial Invoices
- Monitoring Customer feedback and Net Promoter Scores
- Indirect Ordering
- Oracle Sales Order updates
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in a Finance or Project Controls environment
- Have a good understanding of Project Management processes
- Have proven experience in a variety of Project Control activities
- Have the ability to plan and control workload in a fast moving environment
- Have sound oral and written communication skills
- Be able to work collaboratively in the wider BH organisation
- Be a successful team player
