As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will work with purchasing to ensure that the right material can be received on time to support on-time fulfilment. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the production schedule based on the available capacity and order requirements
  • Working with production to drive output on time, while leveling production to support productivity improvement
  • Working with cross-functional teams for any order expediting, material pull-in, rescheduling, and reallocation
  • Monitoring material input to ensure inventory levels are appropriate, coordinating with purchasing to balance supply and replenishment
  • Working on SMI prevention and reduction, regularly reviewing and taking actions to improve inventory turnover
  • Initiating activities for continuous process improvement

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience in a manufacturing site, with related material and production planning background
  • Have good Oracle knowledge
  • Have strong skills with office applications, especially Excel and Access
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have good English proficiency, both oral and written
