As a Lead Project Planner, you will be responsible for flawless project execution through effective coordination of activities and resources. You will contribute to innovative technology projects in a complex and interesting technical environment. You will ensure every detail is meticulously planned to deliver successful projects to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating, monitoring & managing complex project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction & installation of topside & subsea field equipment during tender & execution of both technology development & customer execution projects.
  • Collaborating with project teams, stakeholders and customers to ensure quality and accuracy of project schedules from tender through to execution.
  • Preparing and performing quantitative schedule risk analysis.
  • Recognizing opportunities and risks and working with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigations that will ensure project delivery, on time and on budget.
  • Preparing and presenting schedule reviews and providing schedule status updates and ensuring that key messages are communicated and understood at all levels of the business.
  • Reviewing planning and project administration specifications and working collaboratively with partners to ensure flawless execution of planning processes.
  • Contributing as a team member or leading small projects. Work goals will typically take 1-3 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 6-18 months after the event.
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Subsea Oil & Gas Projects.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Planning.
  • Experienced Primavera P6 User.
  • Experience in Oracle PRA or OPC Risk tools.
  • Experience in customer facing positions, contract review & negotiation.
  • Capable user of Microsoft Power BI and / or Power Apps.
  • Capable user of Cleopatra, Active Risk Manager & Xaitporter.
