Partner with the best

As the Lead Operations Specialist based at location in Fawley, Hampshire, you will be responsible for selling and servicing our existing customers to grow the revenue stream in the area of responsibility. You will implement, monitor, and evaluate chemical delivery systems, adapting to changing job requirements daily to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and overseeing all aspects of production chemistry supply and service contracts to ensure successful delivery to customers.
  2. Providing on-site technical guidance and support for production operations, process engineering, and commercial queries.
  3. Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing chemical treatment programs to support production operations.
  4. Preparing technical reviews and proposals for new chemical solutions for customers.
  5. Prospecting for new support applications and expanding the scope within the customer base.
  6. Organizing routine chemical reviews and activities to verify customer needs.
  7. Handling billing, invoicing, and administrative support.
  8. Assisting with order receipt and processing, and resolving customer inquiries.
  9. Dealing with limited product lines or special projects as assigned.
  10. Maintaining high HSE standards and internal compliance.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor\’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Production Chemicals Application or Chemical Industrial Services.
  3. Knowledge of process optimization and refinery production chemistry.
  4. Proactive problem-solving skills and computer proficiency with MS Office.
  5. Ability to work outdoors in seasonal weather conditions.
  6. Full UK/International driving license.
