About The Team
The Flexible Pipe Systems business supplies specialist unbonded flexible subsea flowline and riser systems globally. Innovating within the energy industry, we develop solutions to increase subsea pipeline performance and qualification. We have in-depth experience in testing and engineering of pipe systems, enabling reliable and efficient subsea and offshore field advanced product development.

Within our team, you will have an overview of all the functions and client interfaces. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring every activity is meticulously planned to deliver to our internal and external customers.
As NPI Engineering Planner, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with individual contributors, stakeholders, and customers to ensure quality and accuracy of the team schedule commitments
- Mitigating risks by proactively communicating with others to ensure timely completion of the activities and deliverables
- Creating, monitoring, and managing the complex project plans, identifying risks, opportunities and taking appropriate actions
- Being the single point of contact main focal point for providing status & progress reports, critical path analyses, maintenance of S-Curves and planning metrics
- Assisting technology team leaders to track KPI's and performance whilst working together to improve department processes and capability
- Implementing "early warning" identification of potential schedule issues and propose solutions to reduce on time delivery (OTD) risk
- Developing demand & capacity view for current and future programmes
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have proven experience using planning tools (e.g. Primavera P6) and planning theory to manage and interpret project plans and workload planning
- Have capability or experience to working in a planning role in a dynamic technology or engineering environment
- Have a working knowledge of Project Management to deliver quality and accuracy of planned schedules
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills, able to bring analysis and insights to life for key stakeholders
