Are you passionate about materials planning, operational excellence, and leading teams to deliver business results? Join Our Team! Our Supply Chain organization plays a critical role in ensuring material availability, asset utilization, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency across our global operations. We are looking for an MD Material & Planning Senior Manager who is passionate about inventory management, materials planning, asset optimization, and driving business performance through cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution. Partnering with the Best The M&D Material & Planning Leader owns the end-to-end planning, material readiness and inventory performance of the Manifold & Distribution business, translating project/customer demand into one credible and executable plan across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and the global fabrication-yard network. The scope covers a broad range of subsea equipment including manifolds, PLEM/PLET, riser bases, ILTs, HIPPS, SSIVs, jumpers and connection systems. Baker Hughes publicly reports an installed base of more than 170 manifolds. - Own M&D Inventory: Own the overall inventory position and performance of the M&D business, balancing material availability with inventory efficiency and driving actions on excess, ageing and obsolete inventory.
- Integrate Project Demand with Execution: Connect Projects Engineering MPS/MRP Materials/Sourcing Manufacturing/Yards Customer Delivery, creating one aligned execution plan across the business.
