Partner with the bestAs a Reservoir Navigation Services/Geosteering Engineer, you will be responsible for:Running complex, high risk well placement jobs and building geosteering modelsSupport regional and Reservoir Navigation Services Global hub activities, ensuring alignment between field operations, Geoscience and technical SMEs.Contribute feedback on technology performance and operational challengesReview pre‑job modelling and post‑job deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with Reservoir Navigation Services guidelines.Execute any other duties as assigned by the line managementProvide high‑quality technical presentations, customer meetings, and strategic commercial support as required.Recognizing problems and providing solutions to mitigate or eliminate themWorking well with colleagues and customers across all businesses and culturesFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have bachelor's degree with good industry experience, with preference for an Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience/earth sciences discipline or relevant industry experience within the product lineHaving experience in Reservoir Navigation Services/geosteeringHave good interpersonal and leadership skills.Demonstrate knowledge of drilling and LWD tools and measurements.Demonstrate excellent proficiency and knowledge in RT log analysisHave ability to manage multiple project and/or deadlinesHave good oral and written communication skills.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.In this role, we can offer the following flexible working patterns:Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive.Working with us Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
