Baker Hicks is seeking a Principal/Lead Primary Design Engineer for HV substations up to 400k V to join our Power team in the UK.

You will lead technical excellence, drive primary design, and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.

You will manage a team of engineers and CAD technicians, ensure deliverables meet standards, and support bids and project delivery with strong stakeholder engagement.
