We’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical problems, delivering high‑quality structural design, and supporting others to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading structural design packages for small–medium projects, or owning key design elements within major multidisciplinary schemes
- Producing and reviewing structural calculations, models, drawings, and specifications
- Applying deep knowledge of UK design codes (Eurocodes, National Annexes, British Standards)
- Carrying out detailed structural analysis using industry‑standard software
- Contributing to project programmes and providing progress updates to senior engineers
- Supporting tenders, fee proposals and technical scope development
- Introducing practical, smart structural solutions that improve buildability and sustainability
- Mentoring junior structural engineers and supporting their development
What You Bring
- Chartered Structural Engineer (CEng MIStructE or CEng MICE with strong structural focus)
- Strong experience delivering structural design for complex building or infrastructure projects
- Technical expertise across: Steel, concrete, timber and masonry design
- Structural assessments and refurbishment
- Dynamic or seismic analysis (advantageous)
- High proficiency in tools such as Tekla Structural Designer, STAAD, Robot, or Tedds
- Experience working within integrated multidisciplinary project teams
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and Navisworks
- Understanding of CDM duties and structural safety
- CSCS card, eligibility for SC clearance, and full UK driving licence
