We are looking for an experienced Painter to join the Operations team in an established family-owned business in Leeds. Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of electrical power distribution equipment and pioneers of super low loss amorphous transformer technology.

As a Painter, it is your responsibility to ensure our products are painted to the highest standard within our quality framework to ensure the customers' requirements are met on time and in full. You will:

  • Mask, prepare, seal and paint transformers and various metal products within our paint spray booths wearing the appropriate PPE.
  • Fit the warranty tags.
  • Ensure all products are painted to the correct specification.
  • Manage your own time to ensure tasks are completed to plan.
  • Identify and work with others to resolve inadequate or unclear manufacturing information.
  • Ensure quality standards and factory housekeeping is of the highest standard.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed correctly and on time.
  • Ensure that the company's Quality, Health and Safety standards are adhered to.
