Due to continued growth, our brilliant client in Pudsey are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious Junior Account Manager. Ideally, you have previous office experience along with a background in customer service and the ability to build strong client relationships. About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Account Management Team, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are successfully delivered on time and to the highest standard. You will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Technical, Production and other departments to manage projects from enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding:
- Orders
- Delivery schedules
- Artwork approvals
- Quotations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with Technical, Production and Sales teams on new and existing projects.
- Liaise with external partners, including design agencies and suppliers.
- Attend and contribute to daily production meetings.
- Manage project critical paths to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Prepare quotations and estimates for new business opportunities.
- Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle inbound telephone enquiries professionally.
- Arrange and attend customer meetings and reviews.
- Visit customer sites to gain a thorough understanding of their operations and manufacturing processes.
- Host customer visits and press passes at our facilities.
