We have a brilliant opportunity to join a hugely successful company in Pudsey. They are looking for a Contract Administrator to join their busy helpdesk team. The role is temporary initially with a view to becoming a permanent position. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, finishing at 4pm on Fridays.

Main duties include:

  • Logging & Allocating call outs
  • Updating clients with ETA
  • Updating client portals
  • Upgrading quotes, allocating sub-contractors and ordering materials where possible (support from the CM where required)
  • Client enquiries (reactive)
  • Completing and shutting jobs down
  • Review the works carried out the day before and actioning as required
  • Logging related quotes (requested quotes from sub-contractors)
  • Reviewing all open jobs
  • Invoicing
  • Signing off reactive POs
  • Assisting the contractor support with PPM paperwork processing

Salary is £28k depending on experience.
